Returns Policy

Please email us at within 5 days of receipt of your delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to help you.


Planet Candy cannot take responsibility for products damaged in transit due to extremes in temperature, nor will we replace said product before reviewing the delivery circumstances involved. If questions arise as to perishability, please contact us and we will do our best to provide guidance.

In the event that a product is received in unusable condition, for reasons other than extremes of temperature, a claim must be submitted within 5 days after physical receipt of merchandise as determined by An Post tracking. In the event that a claim is submitted after the stated time period, we will not be able to issue credit nor refund the product value.


If it becomes apparent that your goods have been lost in the post, we will resend your delivery to you at no additional cost after confirming the loss with An Post.
If we are unable to ship a customer's items for some reason, we will refund the value of the items that we are unable to send back to the customer. This refund will be made through the payment method that was used when placing the order.

No refunds are offered, nor returns accepted for products that have passed the best before date and are on offer, and where the best before date is noted in the product description online. Product best before dates are recommended dates for optimal taste levels and are not to be confused with use by or sell by dates.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs will not be refunded or provided for, where a return is sought for reasons other than damages or faults. We do not cover shipping costs for the return of items sent to overseas destinations.
